There are lots of mud slide mixers on the market where the liquor is already added or you add the liquor. Most of them are fairly nasty tasting. I have had some in a bar, that were also horrible. It was nothing more than whole milk with a dash of chocolate syrup and watered down with ice.
Nothing is better than a home made one that you made from scratch. And the best part is, you can adjust the liquor.
by the glass;
1 oz vodka
1 oz Kahlua
1 oz Bailey’s Oringal Irish Cream
Fill mixing glass with ice
Add vodka, Kahlua and Bailey’s
Shake
Strain into a chilled 6 oz glass
If you can get your hands on some vanilla ice cream and a blender, put in a scoop of ice cream and the ingredients shown above plus…… put in 1 oz of Godiva dark chocolate liquor. Coat the glass with Hershey’s chocolate syrup before pouring the contents of the blender in the glass.
If you want to make it really exotic, after making it with ice cream and all the ingredients above, while you have it in the blender, toss in a small York Peppermint Patty candy. What a dessert drink this makes!
