I’m re-listing St. Somewhere after three months of updates and upgrades. The following are the improvements I’ve made:
Complete rebuild of the port engine including the fuel delivery system.
Starboard engine valves adjusted and new injectors were installed. Less than 50 hours on this engine.
Rebuilt the starboard engine starter motor.
Engine room fire suppression system was updated and certified.
Installed new fire suppression monitor at the helm.
Aft bilge pump replaced.
Replaced starboard batteries.
Installed new smart charger.
Reupholstered the valance panels in the salon.
Tinted the salon windows.
Installed new Raritan Icerette on aft deck.
Installed new windlass controls on bow and dashboard.
All new switch covers on the dashboard.
Replaced the Raymarine auto-pilot monitor.
Installed new 42” Roku smart tv with slide out mount.
New Uniden VHF radio.
There are additional upgrades not listed. Three of the four A/C new units are new. I completely rebuilt the aft Vacuflush system last year. The trash compactor was replaced with a wine refrigerator. Every light has been upgraded to LED. Overhead lights on the bridge deck and aft deck are tri-color LED’s. Boat has aft deck engine/trans controls with wireless pendant for the bow thruster. Captains stateroom has custom Temper-Pedic mattress.
